Quality Assurance
As a machinery, material, and surface treatment processing enterprise, Valin has established a rigorous quality assurance and management system for photovoltaic brackets and trackers. Quality control is implemented throughout the entire process of marketing, design, procurement, production, inspection, and service to ensure high product quality and excellent user service. Meanwhile, we strictly comply with the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems to conduct quality and environmental control at all stages.
Design Control
In the product design process, we fully adopt Solidworks 3D design and CAD auxiliary design, use mechanical simulation software for environmental simulation design, and independently develop specialized design software based on the characteristics of photovoltaic brackets and trackers, effectively ensuring product design quality.
Material Control
The company is equipped with 10 sets of mechanical property testing and physical-chemical analysis equipment to monitor key raw materials, ensuring their reliable quality.
Inspection Control
The company has a team of quality inspectors with comprehensive testing capabilities, including ultrasonic testing, spectrometer analysis, surface inspection, and galvanizing thickness testing qualifications. This ensures strict quality control over materials, welding processes, and galvanizing.
Process Control
We standardize the process operations for all components and final assembly to maintain stable and improved quality of parts and finished products.
Welding Control
We strictly control the welding of load-bearing components, conduct timely welding tests and process qualifications. With over 50 certified welders and more than 30 fully automatic robotic welding equipment, we fully meet the welding requirements for photovoltaic brackets, trackers, PV carports, and wind power brackets.
Design Control (Detailed)
We have a multidisciplinary design team consisting of professional and experienced talents. In the product design process, 3D design and CAD auxiliary design are adopted to effectively ensure design quality. We strictly design in accordance with national standards and photovoltaic industry standards based on user needs, and can provide customized design solutions for different production processes of users.
The company implements full-process control from product design initiation to design validation, ensuring design work is carried out in a planned manner and product applicability meets customer and relevant requirements. Design and development of new products require planning activities, including formulating design and development plans, clarifying responsibilities and requirements of personnel, and dividing design phases and schedules. Design reviews are conducted at appropriate stages to ensure design applicability; design validation is performed after completion to confirm compliance with design requirements; design changes are implemented through formal procedures, including review, approval, and documentation.
Inspection Control (Detailed)
Incoming Inspection
1. Purchased materials, especially critical purchased parts and outsourced parts, must be accompanied by manufacturers’ inspection certificates, credibility certificates, or other quality assurance documents.
2. Raw materials can only be put into production after passing inspection by the quality control department.
3. Non-conforming products shall be identified, isolated, and properly handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
In-Process Inspection
1. Quality inspectors conduct inspections and tests on work-in-progress and semi-finished products in strict accordance with product drawings, technical requirements, process specifications, and relevant standards. Non-conforming products are not allowed to flow to the next process.
2. Scientific inspection methods and test procedures are adopted.
3. Ensure all inspection, measurement, and test equipment are in qualified condition.
Final Inspection
1. Quality inspectors conduct comprehensive inspections and tests on all items in accordance with relevant regulations. Products are only deemed qualified and allowed for delivery if all inspection results meet requirements and data complies with specifications.
2. Complete inspection and test records are maintained to provide conclusive evidence for customers.
3. Non-conforming finished products are properly recorded, promptly isolated, and the production department is notified for rework. Reworked products must be re-inspected in accordance with technical requirements and standards before being allowed into the warehouse.
After-Sales Service
Three Guarantees Policy (Repair, Replacement, Refund)
The free warranty period of our products is 12 months from the date of delivery.
During the Warranty Period
For equipment failures or abnormal operations caused by defects in design, manufacturing, materials, or purchased components of our company, upon receiving the user’s notification, we will take the most effective measures to resolve the issue within the shortest time. We will be responsible for free repair or replacement to meet the standards of “Technical Specifications and Requirements”.
Beyond the Warranty Period
For equipment beyond the warranty period, our company will provide paid maintenance and services.

Installation and Commissioning
1. During the installation process, we will dispatch technical personnel to provide on-site free guidance according to user requirements, ensuring the smooth progress of equipment installation.
2. During installation and commissioning, we will enthusiastically answer various questions for users and provide necessary technical guidance such as installation and commissioning consulting and engineering design.
Personnel Training
During installation and commissioning, our company will provide free on-site operation guidance to equipment managers and operators.
Technical Consulting
Providing technical consulting services to users is our commitment and responsibility. To ensure users receive high-quality services, we offer pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales services to achieve maximum user satisfaction.
1. We are willing to provide various technical consulting services and relevant materials for users, acting as a reliable advisor.
2. Based on technical data such as the characteristics of the user’s PV project, region, wind load, and snow load, we design the overall scheme of photovoltaic brackets and trackers, helping users select reasonable equipment to obtain economical and applicable selection plans.
3. We provide specialized design and manufacturing of various models according to the user’s actual situation.
4. After the contract is signed, our company will actively cooperate with users’ supervisors stationed in our company and provide convenience for their work and life.
5. Users are welcome to visit our company on-site, and we will provide all necessary convenience.
