We implement an acceptance responsibility system to provide customers with pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales technical support and solutions.
30-Minute Response
Upon receiving a customer’s quality complaint, we will take the initiative to contact the customer immediately, confirm their maintenance service needs, and inform them of the service plan. Contacting and responding to the customer within 30 minutes is defined as our “30-Minute Response” commitment.
4-Hour Dispatch
After receiving after-sales service requests, the company will arrange professional technical personnel and after-sales service teams to depart within 4 hours, which is our “4-Hour Dispatch” commitment.
24-Hour On-Site Arrival
Valin New Energy’s after-sales service team will arrive at the customer’s site within 24 hours of receiving the service request, referred to as our “24-Hour On-Site Arrival” commitment.
48-Hour Quality Issue Resolution
For quality problems or technical failures, we will reach an agreement with the customer on the handling plan within 48 hours from the time of receiving the service request. If rework or repair is required, arrangements for returning the product to the factory will be made within 48 hours. This is our “48-Hour Quality Issue Resolution” commitment.
