Logistics

Relying on Valin Precision’s own elevator equipment logistics and transportation company as well as material terminal storage, we can coordinate product delivery according to customer requirements. We use our own logistics to provide rolling and on-time delivery.

Meanwhile, we can flexibly produce and deliver products at all 5 major domestic manufacturing bases. Production and delivery are completed at factories near the project site as much as possible to reduce logistics transportation time and costs.

Structural Calculation

Based on a professional engineering team and software, we provide the following three types of calculations:

• • Wind and Snow Load Calculation: This is one of the key points in the design and production of solar power station brackets. We provide professional load calculations using software such as ANSYS, PKPM, and SAP.
  • Foundation Analysis: Based on geological survey and environmental data, we provide professional foundation analysis and parameter selection for bracket foundations.
  • Bracket Strength Calculation: Calculation and verification of the strength and deflection of photovoltaic brackets and tracker brackets.
